Ca Na Vinga, Holiday house with sea view to the bay of Alcudia:
Ca Na Vinga is a charming holiday home with sea views, situated in a truly privileged location on top of a hill, in a very quiet area just a couple of minutes from Alcúdia. From the property, you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views over the entire Bay of Alcúdia.
The estate is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and security. The house is distributed over three floors:
At the main floor, entrance leads into a spacious and bright dining area, elegantly decorated with high-quality custom-made furniture and large windows that connect to the terrace. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. On this floor there are also two double bedrooms with double beds that share a full bathroom with a bathtub.
At the upper floor is a sunny master bedroom, equipped with a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. From its private terrace, you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Alcúdia.
Lower floor, this level offers a large and comfortable living room with a leather recliner sofa and a 62” television, as well as an additional lounge–dining area. There is also a double bedroom with a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. From here, there is direct access to the outdoor area.
At the outdoor area, there is a saltwater swimming pool surrounded by lawn and sun terraces, with 8 sun loungers protected under an awning, ideal for relaxing. The gardens are carefully maintained, and the outdoor areas are fully furnished. At the rear of the kitchen, there is a covered barbecue and outdoor kitchen, perfect for al fresco dining. The property also has a ping-pong table. Ample outdoor parking for several cars.
The entire house is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, satellite TV, and WiFi Internet.
The house is just a few minutes from the Alcanada golf course, close to the beaches of Alcanada and Puerto de Alcúdia, and very near the historic walled town of Alcúdia. All in all it was the perfect house for our little family - there was a lot of place to be private, if you needed - and place to be social, especially around the pool, it was a good gathering point. Things that gives minuses was fx that the grill that was in the house was quite rusty - therefore it was unsuitable for grilling food directly on. So therefore we did make our food in the kitchen where it was quite hot. So maybe the owner should look after another grill. But all in all we were happy for the stay - and very satisfied with the service you gave us. All questions were answered in no time - that gives you 5 stars. Kind regards Fam. Clausen

Wir haben uns in der Villa Ca Na Vinga sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, es fehlt an Nichts. Wir wurden von der Besitzerin sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen gute Tipps für unseren Urlaub. Das Haus liegt sehr günstig, nicht weit vom Strand und Alcudia, trotzdem hat man die totale Privatsphäre. Der Pool war ein Traum, der Garten sehr gepflegt und wunderschön angelegt. Das Grundstück ist umfriedet, es gibt ein elektrisches Tor. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.
