About this cottage rental
Beautifully renovated Miners Cottage in the heart of Ballarat’s CBD. Walking distance to the best Cafes and Restaurants Ballarat has to offer.
Both bedrooms have lush Queen beds with 5 star cloud like bedding, covered in 100% French Flax linen for the most luxurious sleep.
Two split systems make your stay comfortable no matter the weather. The kitchen has been fitted out to perfection and is fully equipped for your every need.
The newly renovated bathroom has a separate luxe shower and bath.
The space -
We have kept as many of the original features in our cottage as possible to keep her a little bit quirky. She has beautiful soul with the interior being softly coloured, cute and comfortable.
We provide guests with a selection of teas, milk and coffee.
There are 2 internal fireplaces, the one in the kitchen is functional but please note the lounge room fireplace is currently not in use. There is also an outdoor fire pit.

Guests can access the entire home.

Charming and comfortable cottage, waking distance to the center of Ballarat and easily accessible to Ballarat’s many attractions. We loved the comfy beds, and the stunning bathtub was great to unwind in after a long day. The internet was fast and reliable, so I could work as well as vacation. The washer and dryer were very convenient, and the pink decor was cute without being overdone. Would stay again.

Great location to town but on corner too close to the road. Block out blinds required for two front windows to block out car headlights flash etc. security door to front and back required.

We absolutely loved this property - it had the old feel of the original cottage but was beautifully renovated but had everything we needed for a modern ,comfortable stay There wasn’t anything that hadn’t been thought of - all the modern appliances, luxurious bathroom products and bedding and even a few books and games for the kids .communication the Bree the owner was excellent We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends
