Walk to Myer, Central Square, Train Station, Cafes, Hospitals & the beautiful Sturt St boulevard. With off street parking. These modern apartments enjoy high quality decor & appliances, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, clothes washing machine & dryer. 2 x TVs & DVD players. Fully airconditioned & gas heating with lovely courtyard & small balcony on the 1st floor.

All linen supplied. (1 x queen bed 2 x single beds 1 x trundle bed Sleeps 5) Rate is for 2 people. Extra $50.00 per person. Sorry we cannot accommodate 5 adults.

Great location - central.Very clean with all you need. Does have stairs to access bedrooms and bathroom.Vawyn is a great host and has prompt communication.

The townhouse was central to all the shops which was a plus point. Easy to walk around town.Downside was that it was next to some sort of shop/factory on the backyard. We came for a peaceful and quite stay but that was not the case. There was so much noise from early morning around 5:30 am and woke us up each morning. AC upstairs is not fully cooling the place. Upper rooms were extremely hot and there was no fan abailable.But the manager was very good who helped with easy chile k-in info and was very courteous.Overall we manages to see beautiful places in and around Ballarat.But I would personally not choose the same axcomodation.
