We liked the quiet location, washing machine & dryer, cot, bath & shower with great pressure

-No BBQ even though it is listed & shown in photos -No response from host to questions I had but received an auto-generated email to welcome us & ask if we're enjoying the bottle of wine that we didn't get -Cleaner didn't clean floors our daughters hands/feet were black from crawling from when we arrived, only left one roll of toilet paper for 3 nights -The hosts clothes & belongings are in the wardrobe makes it feel like you're house sitting -Property not maintained, especially outside it's like the hosts have given up not sure what's happened

Great sized house for our family, very comfortable and suitable for our needs. Easy to access and great location

Beds and pillows were way too soft

Location was great, close to Sovereign hill. good for a family to stay in as there's a cot at the property and a bath. Good cooking facilities, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Communication from hosts was just automated messages and my questions weren't answered despite their messages saying "please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions". Also received automated message saying "hope you are enjoying the complimentary wine" but there was no wine. And then received a final message - "please give us a 5 star rating on air bnb" A box of tissues in the house would be handy and range hood needs a clean.

Good location and was very spacious

The “host” heather is deceased, there is a plaque in the house from the police force honouring her. Is very strange to be getting messages signed off by “Heather” We requested a cot and one was provided but it was placed in a walk in cupboard and could not be moved out of the cupboard. Felt very uneasy having my baby sleep in a cupboard away from me. Would have preferred it to be in the bedroom near the bed rather than in a cupboard. The house was not clean at all, mould around sinks, exhaust fan in bathroom caked in dust, dishwasher was full of dishes on arrival. The washing machine had wet washing in it and the drier was also full of washing. The bedding on the beds didn’t look clean and didn’t even fit or stay on the beds. One of the bedrooms cupboard is full of someone’s belonging as well as the garage has a motorbike and other stuff stored there. Felt a bit uneasy and felt as though someone might come at any time wanting to get to their stuff. no smoke alarms. There were cat/dog bowls outside in the courtyard area and cat and dog food in the laundry cupboards.
