Quaint cosy cottage centrally located from all Ballarat has to offer. Newly renovated, modern kitchen and appliances. Outside decking area fully furnished and enclosed, small yard area with cloths line facilities.
Twin bedrooms, main bedroom features a queen bed and secondary bedroom contains double bed, both bedrooms offer ceiling fans.
Spacious lounge room offering gas log fireplace and split system heating and cooling.
5 minute drive to the centre of town and located close to pubs and clubs as well as a golf club and Lake Wendouree.
Off street parking for 2 cars, single car carport.

A sweet little cottage that was very central to town and the event we were in Ballarat for. Had everything we needed and Donna the host was lovely and helpful

To be honest we were somewhat disappointed, the overall cleanliness left a bit to be desired, some of the kitchen utensils were greasy and needed a bit of a wash before using. Also had to give the shower floor a once over as looked a bit dirty. The heating in the lounge area was great, an a/c and gas fire. Unfortunately the mobile radiator struggled to warm the rest of the house.
We booked based on all the other reviews and maybe we are just a bit too picky. Thanks
