Exceptionally well presented and spacious premises, and friendly hosts. It is ideal for couples wanting a quiet getaway, but with the second bedroom and bathroom downstairs, also ideal for two couples or a family. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need to self-cater, and always lovely to have a large bathroom and a hot shower with good pressure. We appreciated the range of teas (including herbal infusions) and coffees (and the chocolates in the fridge !). Just one block away from Lake Wendouree and less than 10 minutes away from Sturt Street made it great for getting around Ballarat with ease.
