About this house rental
Pristine and clean condition with newer furniture, appliances and kitchen products. We are an experienced 5 star ranked VRBO owner who has another home in Arizona.
The home is centrally located to the greater eastside, with easy access to soccer fields, downtown Redmond, Microsoft, and Woodinville wine country. This Tri-level air-conditioned home sleeps 8 in four bedroom areas; the Master has a queen sized bed, the 2nd guest bedroom a full, 3rd guest bedroom has wo XL twin beds, the 4th AKA Office located just off the family room also has two XL twin beds. The home has two upstairs showers, one with a soaking tub and a 3rd toilet is located in the utility room just off of the garage. The custom kitchen offers all needed cooking items and the year around patio has a Blackstone grill with seating for at least 10. There is a spacious living and dinning areas along with a comfortable family room with gas fireplace. The backyard is fully fenced, stone slate areas, with serene water fall feature and beautiful spring/summer garden. Parking is available for 3 cars, 1 in the garage, 2 in the driveway with additional parking on the street.

What a lovely home and property! We very much used every part of the home while we were there. The kitchen has every gadget that you will need during your stay. The sun tea container was a lovely touch since I drink sun tea all summer long. We made breakfast every day and we had every pan, utensil and dish that we needed. I loved the new addition of the air fryer. We used it almost daily! I spent the mornings on the deck with my coffee listening to the birds. **TIP** put some water in the pond if it is dry and all the birds will flock to it to get a drink of water and bathe. We had no issues with the wifi but the recent limitations that Netflix and other streaming devices have placed on services caused us to not be able to view some of the streaming channel offered. No big deal to us as we had plenty to do to keep us occupied. We did have an issue with the cleaning crew during check in but it was promptly addressed by the owners. Rennae and Fred were very quick to respond to concerns and were a wonderful source of information on things to do in the area. We will definitely return if our travels bring us back this way!Thank you so much Rennae and Fred for sharing your home with us! The girls and I had a wonderful time!

Beautiful and spacious home in quiet neighborhood. Close to Redmond Town Center and lots of biking/hiking trails. Enjoyed relaxing in the garden under the covered patio. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience staying at this property. Communication with the host was excellent right from the start, and all essential items were fully stocked, which made our stay very comfortable. The house was clean and well-kept — definitely above average in terms of cleanliness.
We also appreciated the host’s flexibility with check-out, as we had some unexpected things to sort out that morning. While we did encounter a cleaner who was a bit rude despite us informing the host about our slight delay, we had already allowed them to start cleaning other parts of the house — it just could have been handled more politely.
That said, the overall experience was very positive, and I would still recommend this place to others.
