Escape to our newly remodeled private suite, where comfort, style, and convenience come together in one of the most desirable areas on the Eastside. Located in the prestigious Bridle Trails neighborhood on a quiet residential street, this peaceful retreat offers the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility.
The suite includes a private bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, making it ideal for business travelers, weekend visitors, or anyone looking for a relaxing stay near Seattle. We’re conveniently located within 3 miles of major tech campuses and only 13 miles from downtown Seattle, approximately a 25-minute drive.
Situated on the lower level of our two-story home, the suite features a queen bed, high-speed WiFi, and a TV with DirecTV and streaming services. Newly remodeled throughout, the space feels fresh, modern, and inviting—designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Pets are welcome for a $50 pet fee per stay.
Other things to note -
The pool and hot tub are available for guest use throughout your stay. To help keep booking costs flexible, heating is offered as an optional add-on rather than included by default.
Optional heating fees:
Pool heating: $70 per night
Hot tub / jacuzzi heating: $35 per night
Because the pool and hot tub operate separately, each can be heated on its own schedule based on your preference.
Please message us before or during your stay if you’d like to add heating, and we’ll be happy to set it up.

Property was very clean and owner was friendly and answered questions quickly.The sofa and mattress were very uncomfortable and I had to buy a foam mattress pad to sleep and had to sit on throw pillows on the sofa in order to be comfortable.The kitchen and bathroom were updated but only had 3 regular glasses and a couple of short ones. The Keurig quit working after two uses but there was another coffee pot available to use. Be aware there is no dishwasher but that was not a problem for me.The lampshades in the bedroom were so old that there were holes in them from overuse. I hate to sound so picky but I’ve owned condos on VRBO and was surprised they would use furnishings in those conditions.
