Newly remodeled, non-smoking, 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch house in a well established and quiet Rose Hill neighborhood in Kirkland/Redmond. Minutes to Microsoft main campus, Google Kirkland campus and downtown Bellevue, Redmond and Kirkland. Also convenient 520 access to downtown Seattle. Just up the hill from downtown Kirkland which boasts a large variety of waterfront restaurants, bars, nightlife, art galleries and shopping.
