The location is fabulous. Close to downtown Seattle and Bellevue. The lake and views are stunning. The area around the house is amazing. Great location and amazing views. It also hosted 15 of us very well.

House was on the calm part of the lake, and amazing location in a quiet neighborhood. House layout was great for 13 of us.Amenities were lacking, only 3 beach towels, 2 extra toilet paper roles, no water amenities except for a solo kayak, and worst of all host was terrible at response time, on the order of days to never. Checkin info came only after several attempts at contacting her, and questions s like where if anywhere are extra essential supplies like hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Replaced 8 light bulbs while still more were burnt out, house still had dirt and crumbs on the carpets when we came in, and we didn’t have the WiFi password from the host for most of the first day after checkin. Additionally the house is not maintained inside and out, vegetation over grown on pathways, landscape lighting not working, boat deck broken and dangerous with loose nails, broken boards and goose poop cover it almost entirely! Windows have no screens on them, and the master is HOT no way to get it to cool down with max AC and closing other room vents. This is just to name a few and give you an idea.It did not meet our expectations for a nearly 20k rental for a partial week. Hope the owner and host see this and make some changes or sell the house to someone that will take better care of it as it had so much potential!
