Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Property was clean and had all the amenities needed. The yard is large and fenced in. It’s located near several restaurants and the beach. There is a tenant that lives in the basement part of the house. We never met them - only heard them come in and out. Although no one asked us to be quiet, I did feel a little on edge when my kids were playing or watching a movie. I kept asking them to be quiet. It would have been helpful to know that the property has someone that lives there. I likely wouldn’t have booked since we have 5 kids.

Great house in Orleans, close to Nauset (ocean side beach) and less than 10 minutes from Skaket Beach (bay side beach). Very clean and modern. It was hot and muggy when we stayed and the houses ACs were great. Each room has a newish unit, and the living areas have 2 large in wall units. I actually mentioned to my wife that I'm not sure I stayed in a place with such great water pressure in the shower. I'd stay again.
