Hidden gem in the heart of Santa Barbara ,enchanting rose gardens and large back yard with 12’ privacy hedges. 15 minute walk to downtown . 3 miles to the beach ,2400 sq ft 3bedroom home is centrally located .Great for dining outside, or sitting by the fire pit and having a glass of wine. Total privacy ,this historic home has a gourmet kitchen and a living room with 20' high beamed ceilings. You will feel like you’re in a quaint town in Europe. Electric bikes are parked close by for easy trip to beach or where ever .

The pictures don’t do this place justice, the property is SO beautiful!! It was perfect and the host is super easy to reach out to with any questions. definitely book!!

Host was very helpful when we lost power (briefly). It was a tranquil spot to retreat to during a packed weekeend of wedding events! Would stay here again when visiting Santa Barbara!

The home and property were beautiful. Usually, homes for rent scale back on decor inside and landscaping on the outside. Not this home. The grounds were incredible, something out of Better Homes & Gardens.. French chateau. The interior had everything we needed plus exquisite decorations from all over the world. Very well maintained and in a perfect, central and safe neighborhood.

Love the place. Sooo clean, great beds and linens. Winderful vibe and incrediblae backyard. Catherine was great, very flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend. 5 stars
