About this house rental

Pretty farmhouse, renovated this year, facing south ,, very sheltered, 800m from the beach of the City Berneuf. It is equipped for 6/7 people. Very spacious (107m²), friendly and clear it includes a kitchen open to the dining and living room opening onto a veranda and terrace
In 2016, wifi installed
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with bathroom and 2 bedrooms with large bathroom and toilet. Two rooms have bed (160/200) a room with 2 beds (90/200), an extra bed (unepers) in the master bedroom. LIt baby and necessary equipment are available.
In the room, fireplace
The sandy beach at 800m offers a choice of swimming, sailing, paragliding, angling etc.
The house is situated between 2 towns, Erquy and Pléneuf Val André, next to Cap Frehel, one hour from Saint Malo and Bréhat Island, half past one of Mont Saint Michel.
The magnificent golf Pléneuf Val André is a few minutes from the house and the spa Val André

Monique is a kind and generous host. We loved our stay at her large and well equipped house, ideal for our family of five adults and a 5-year old. Very comfortable, 2 bathrooms and plenty of hot water. A superb location for access to the wonderful beaches of Val Andre, Saint Pabu, Carouel and Erquy. We would love to go back again.

This property is exactly as it describes itself! Very spacious and with everything one needs. Beautiful sandy beaches close by and pretty towns a short drive away. There is a separate part of the building with one of the bedrooms and a bathroom - perfect for a little privacy. Also a secure garden for dogs! Thank you Monique for making us so welcome and the checking in and out very straight forward!

We had a great time staying here. The house was lovely and spacious. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and the little porch was snug and warm, particularly on the days when it rained. We didn't bring our dog this time, but as there was a large enclosed garden we would seriously think about it for next time. The beaches nearby were lovely and sandy and pleasant walking trails nearby too. We would recommend staying here.
