About this cottage rental
The perfect cottage in Union Pier. Incredible location. Cross the street and walk 1 short block to the best beach in the area. Brand new washer dryer and beautiful new stone kitchen countertops as well as a stunning brand new dining/kitchen buffet. Our home is peaceful and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. Large wrap around fenced-in yard with lush gardens, hammock, fire pit, and new Weber gas grill. Large comfortable screened in porch . Our sun filled kitchen is the heart of the home, with ample space for cooking and hanging out before dinner. We've got everything you need for your carefree beach vacation - including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, beach toys, and even a wagon for carrying it all down to the best beach.

-Enclosed back porch, with lounging area, overlooking back gardens
-Full Bath with tub/shower combo
-Kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, disposal, faucet and refrigerator, new quartz countertops, and a farmhouse sink
-Large dining area off kitchen. Brand new breakfront piece with all dining room needs in organized drawers. Extra long dining table that seats 10 people easily.
-Family room with big cozy couch around a gas fire place, with a flat screen TV
-Master bedroom with plenty of closet space.
-Enclosed large front porch overlooking front gardens (*with twin trundle bed)
Second Floor:
-Full bath
-Open sleeping area with two trundle beds and a flatscreen cable TV
-Large second bedroom with one queen bed
*Trundle bed on the front porch as well, (if anyone would prefer to sleep downstairs rather than in the upstairs areas.)
Private driveway with plenty of space for parking.

We have stayed in several houses in Union Pier and this is our second summer here. In fact this year ewe stayed two weeks we liked it so much. We love that it is such a short walk to the beach. And the beach isn't crowded being that it is hard to park near the entrance. The owners provide a wagon to bring the chairs, towels, etc down which is a big help. The house itself has everything you need especially in the kitchen. We like to cook at home and everything we needed was there. Beds are all very comfortable (not always the case at rentals) and plenty of bedding, towels etc. We didn't use the firepit as it was pretty hot out but wood is also provided. You can tell the owners take pride in their house and no detail has been missed. A great place for our family to relax and unwind. We will be back again next year.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable accommodations for our family including our little one (18 mod). Perfect distance to the beach. Lake is accessible on a whim but also able to retreat to the cottage for some A/C and quiet time. The garden and surrounding town add to the relaxing ambience without sacrificing some creature comforts. We hope to return.

We take a ladies trip every year to Union Pier and have stayed in multiple houses. This one is our favorite.It’s a very cozy cottage, but it slept all 10 of us comfortably. The beach chairs were new and the wagon provided was super helpful. The location is a very short walk to the beach. Excellent location. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and all of the dishes and silver were top end. Lots of extras and super comfortable beds and pillows!
