The small villa Guadeloupe is in a closed and secured residence with private access to the beach Pierre et Vacances or Helleux beach, surf spot. The villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms with a double bed and an air-conditioned mezzanine bedroom with a large bed. Outside, you can enjoy the covered terrace with dining area and sitting area facing the pool to salt. This charming villa offers a nice sea view from the loft bedroom with good weather a magnificent view of Basse Terre and Les Saintes.

Excellent villa exactly as pictured. Very comfortable beds with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved having the beach access only steps away for our morning walks overlooking the sea. It is located in a quiet and secure neighborhood.Maria was a great host and we appreciated her patience with us since we do not speak French.We would recommend this rental!XXOO

Great spot, had everything we needed, comfy beds, plenty of hot water etc, only the one shower but good that it's separate from toilet, good space to spread out and loved cooking there (once we got stove top and bbq to work) easy walk to lovely beach with bar/restaurant, part of a hotel. Lost power briefly, and water another night, also internet for 24 hours which was a pain but Marie very nice and willing to help when necessary, another set of keys would have been good as we were a party of 6

Our villa was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Linen was changed weekly. The villa was a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach plus we had our own private pool which was professionally cleaned weekly. The villa was well situated on the island however, it was quite isolated with only one restaurant nearby and no shops in walking distance, a car is a must if you wish to get around for basic shopping, sightseeing and meals out.
Our host was very helpful and cooked a beautiful meal on the day of our arrival.
English is not widely spoken which creates difficulties if you do not speak French

The house is really perfect and very functional. Perfectly situated between Sainte-Anne and Saint-Francois. Perfect match between time spent at the swimming pool and at the beaches all around. There is a very small beautiful beach walk way. Marie is very available for all practical questions. Thanks again.
