About this villa rental
Beautiful house ideally located in a quiet residential area immediately close to the magnificent beaches of Sainte Anne and shops. This villa offers beautiful volumes both inside and outside, careful decoration, quality furniture, modern facilities to bring comfort and serenity to its occupants. The place is ideal for getting together with friends or family before setting off to discover all the beauties of the island.
Capacity: up to 7 people + 1 baby.
Total area: approximately 150 m².
Layout of the villa: the villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are upstairs (1 bedroom on the ground floor with a 160 cm bed, a second bedroom upstairs with a 160 cm bed and the 3rd bedroom also upstairs with 2 bunk beds and a single 90 cm bed), 1 bathroom on the ground floor (bath/shower) and 1 bathroom (shower) upstairs, 2 independent toilets, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, terrace and private swimming pool. Parking outside the property in the estate.
Air conditioning: yes in the 3 bedrooms. Ceiling fan in the living room.
Kitchen equipment: 3-burner hob, fridge-freezer (ice and fresh water dispenser), dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television in the living room (Orange bouquet channels), high-speed internet via Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, baby cot and high chair (upon prior request), table and ironing board, safe, hairdryer, charcoal barbecue.
Presence of a water tank/reservoir: yes, city water reservoir of 1500 litres for the house + rainwater reservoir of 3000 litres for the ground floor toilets.
Swimming pool: yes, beautiful chlorinated pool of approximately 7m x 3.5m (maximum depth of 1.60m) with child safety alarm, surrounded by sun loungers.
Garden/terrace: covered terrace with complete outdoor lounges for meals and relaxation.
Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided in full.
Associated services: upon your arrival, you will be greeted with fresh water and the elements of the first breakfast.
Possibility of meals for an additional 15€ per person, including planteur, raw vegetables as a starter, chicken colombo and fruits for dessert.
To note:
-Deposit to be paid upon receipt of the booking contract and balance no later than 35 days before the stay (ANCV vouchers accepted) except in case of booking via Airbnb.
-Consult us for cancellation conditions, possibility of taking out cancellation insurance
-A guarantee deposit (non-cashed cheque) of 2000 euros is requested upon arrival and returned at the end of the stay following the inventory.
-A cleaning fee of 100 euros (debited by cheque or cash) is to be provided upon arrival.
-Tourist taxes to be paid at booking of 5% of the amount capped at 4€/night/adult.
-It will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people outside the contract.
