About this house rental

In a modern subdivision Pléneuf Val André, pretty village of Cotes d'Armor, this beautiful modern villa very well equipped for relaxing with family. It can accommodate 6 people including 2 adult couples. Very modern, the interior is composed as follows:
- Ground floor: large lounge with dining area for 6 people and open kitchen; a double room with integrated shower room; a separate WC.
-With The floor: a room with two single beds and a cot, ideal for children; a double bedroom with ample storage space. A bathroom with WC
- A terrace equipped with a garden furniture, electric awning and barbecue. It opens onto the garden so children can play safely under the gaze of their parents.
The duplex house includes all the necessary appliances (coffee machine, hob, oven, hairdryer ...) and duvet covers, and maintenance products. Our pets are not allowed.

location très propre et bien entretenue, chambres et séjour clairs et agréables, espace cuisine un peu juste pour 6 personnes.Jardin mitoyen sans séparation peut être dérangeant si l'on séjourne longtemps.

Idéalement située entre le port de dahouet, le val andré et le bourg de pléneuf (on peut tout faire à pieds ou à vélo!!!), la villa est accueillante, très agréable à vivre et dispose de tout le confort moderne ( exp : le lave vaisselle!!!). Une excellente adresse assurément!
