Escape to the beautiful and serene shores of Crystal Lake and discover an all-new contemporary lakefront 3,300 square foot cottage in Beulah, Michigan, featuring gorgeous all-seasons vistas of Crystal Lake on a 110-foot exclusive and private lot. Newly and thoughtfully appointed, this modern and luxurious cottage was built in 2023.
Spacious and comfortable, this custom-built home radiates with abundant natural light and ample space for groups and families to gather together, including both indoor and outdoor dining tables seating up to 10 guests. The fully-equipped kitchen is a showstopper with all-new GE Café appliances, including a dual fuel double oven, and filtered water from the Café refrigerator.
Ideal for families, especially those with young children, the home comes equipped with a pack ‘n play and highchair, as well as a host of kids’ toys, puzzles, adjustable outdoor regulation-sized basketball hoop, and even an upright arcade game with a variety of games.
Five beautifully designed bedrooms complete the space, including a master bedroom suite with attached study for working remotely, and four additional rooms accommodating up to 12 guests, all with black-out curtains. The walk-out basement is flooded with natural light, boasting nearly 10-foot ceilings, and dining for 10, perfect for visiting families to join you for your stay in Crystal Lake.

It was a great property! Great location and every possible thing you could ask for available in the house. An ideal locatio. For our family and friends as 3 of us competed in the Ironman 70.3 triathlon in Frankfort.

The property was beautiful. You couldn't ask for a better location. It was a very clean and spacious home with things to do for all ages. They thought of everyone when putting this home together from the kids to the adults.
