Designed for relaxation, connection, and unforgettable sunsets, this property includes both a beautifully updated main cottage and a private guest apartment above the garage — perfect for multi-generational families or groups who value comfort, privacy, and style.



Every bedroom in the main house was intentionally designed to face the lake, so every guest wakes up to sparkling water views. The main living space features tall ceilings, a cozy stone fireplace, and an open-concept kitchen with a large island and stainless steel appliances — ideal for family meals or laid-back entertaining. The décor blends fresh white tones with soft lake-inspired blues, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the home.



The main house offers four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The separate apartment above the garage adds two more bedrooms and a full bathroom — perfect for grandparents, teens, or anyone wanting their own space.

Sleeping Bear Dunes and Lake Michigan beaches are also nearby.
