The Amazing View Villa is a 260 sq.m villa, which is built with full respect of the traditional Cycladic architecture. The villa is located in a beautiful and panoramic position with a breath taken sea view of Agios Sostis bay. Agios Sostis beach (just in a walking distance of 200m) is considered as one of the most magnificent beaches of Greece. The interior design of the property, traditional with aesthetic antiques, aligns perfectly with the simplicity of Cycladic architecture.
The villa unfolds onto 2 levels and 1 panoramic view attic :
The Ground level (120 m2) features a spacious open plan living space with 2 comfortable sofas, tv, cd player and sound system, a cozy dining room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Plentiful window doors grant direct access to outdoors and full enjoyment of sea view from inside the house. The outdoor area is arranged in such a way that the residents can enjoy privacy in many cozy corners. A shaded outdoor living area with pergola(Patio), protected by the wind is an ideal place for breakfast or dinner for 10 people. Very spacious with an amazing view. The house was clean, the beds were super comfortable and the house was well stocked with pots, pans, spices, basic toiletries, etc. Water is salty, you cannot drink so you'll need to buy ample bottled water. Bring your own towels for the beach, only bath towels are provided. Note that the fourth bedroom has two small couch/beds (smaller than a twin). All rooms have great views and balconies!

We rented the house with family and it was a great experience. The house was very comfortable and spacious. It was clean and well maintained. Everything you needed was in the house from linen to towels to coffee to music even games. The host was very helpful when ever we needed her. The beach nearby is one of the nicest beach on the island. Overall it was a wonderful summer vacation. It is highly recommended.

We spent a week with our Italian friends in this villa: owner organisation was almost perfect. The house is very confortable very well organized and really cozy. It is exactly represented by the site pictures even if it gives his best simply looking at the seaside landscape: " in other words when you are there". Simply perfect ! The beaches in that area are the best we have seen if you love quiet, nature, cristal water and snorkeling. Car rental is suggested for an easy and safe moving. Please try the beaches tavern for eating: however owners will give you a lot of suggestions useful for your staying.

We had a wonderful experience at Irinis place. The villa is great and perfect from the décor to the cutlery . Fantastic location near to every place , Unlimited view to the agean sea . The photos of listing show less than the reality. The villa was much more of what we had expected and our holidays more than what we have imagined . When We arrived I was disappointed of lack of swimming pool in the property , but when I went swimming I realized that nobody cares for a swimming pool with chemicals when the turquoise waters are so near ! We spent many evenings enjoying Bquing and wine at patio . The moon rising from the sea is a magic view . I would highly recommend this lovely villa to anyone with architectural taste and love of nature
