Lovely cave house across three levels with top level being a sleeping loft. Great outdoor space with BBQ, infinity pool and hot tub, bar with swings, and great views of the sea. Very clean with top end toiletries, coffee and water starter packs, good bedding, comfy mattresses, ample towels and TP provided, good variety of kitchen and bar ware. The AC works well. Very good water pressure. The host was very responsive to all texts. Ample furniture and seating indoors and outdoors. We were a party of 6 and quite comfortable. I would choose this place again. Great deal for the $$$ on Mykonos. Just a short drive to Old Town and many beaches. Beware that driving on Mykonos is not for the faint of heart. 🙃 Pay the extra for an automatic car (you need a car if you stay here) as some of the steep hills were difficult to climb and shift while navigating hairpin turns and traffic on very narrow roads.
The following comments are being made in good will. I would not hesitate to book this property again. Our host was fantastic. The property was exceptional. A light bulb was burnt out and replaced within minutes of notifying the host. No AC in the loft, but in September we had good sea breezes, so it was comfortable enough during our stay but might not be in hotter weather. Unfortunately, the AC units drain location drained into one of the bedroom’s door leaving small puddles daily. We never used the BBQ because no charcoal was provided and the grocer only sold 25kg bags- much more than we needed for one meal. The hot tub didn’t work properly- only 1 set of jets functioned. The host apologized but I would think there would be regular checks of the hot tub before each stay. The technician was sent right away to inspect it, but it wasn’t able to be fixed during our stay. Be warned that the stairs to the bedrooms might be an issue for those with mobility issues as they’re narrow and steep.

The pool (pool bar fridge) and jacuzzi were perfect and the villa was comfortable.
The kitchen could of been better equipped.

Good quality property in quiet and safe location.
For the price paid a cleaner should have been included to visit a few times during the stay.
