Just 70 meters walk (1 min) from the villa, there is an unspoiled sandy, wind protected beach, called Loulos!
Kalo Livadi beach is just 5 min walk, where you will experience the cosmopolitan vibes of the famous beach bars and restaurants like Solymar, Lohan etc!
Agia Anna beach, where the famous restaurant of Spilia is located, is 10 min walk from the villa!
Kalafatis beach is 15 min walk!

Enjoy moments of relaxation in the villa's comfy sunbeds, overlooking the refreshing swimming pool and the cosmopolitan beach of Kalo Livadi. Savour the moment in the pergola shaded area and enjoy some drinks, snacks or bbq with your friends. Apart from the pristine pool area, the villa offers a spacious veranda in the living room level, with exceptional sea views, making it another spot for gathering with your friends to enjoy a delicious breakfast or a rich dinner menu prepared by a professional chef!

By the time you enter the villa, you get the cozy feeling of "home". The interior is tastefully appointed with a blend of modern and traditional elements, in a total living area of 200 sq. m. Large windows allow plenty of light to come in. The villa can comfortably sleep 8 guests in its 4 modern double beds, plus 2 more guests if needed, in the built-in sofa beds.

-1 master bedroom with king size bed (that can be split into 2 twin beds) & en-suite bathroom

-1 independent studio with its own entrance: bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, corner built-in sofa, mini fridge, direct access to the pool and sea view

This villa was exactly as advertised. Beautiful, serene, spacious. Could not have asked for a better property. Communicating with the property manager was easy and they were immensely responsive. Close to many beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return some day soon.
