About this villa rental
This traditional Villa is situated 600m from the marvelous golden sands of Agios Sostis beach, famous for its unspoiled nature and turquoise waters.
The villa enjoys a privileged position with extensive sea view over the Aegean Sea and the northern coast of the island, which unveils the true beauty of Mykonos Greece original landscapes. It is ten minutes away from Mykonos town and near to island's cosmopolitan attractions.
The style of this villa is exquisite: the smooth-edged architecture donates to the exterior of the building a pure look, while the interior is sober and embellished with flair. The bamboo pergola is a relaxing place to enjoy cold drinks and aperitifs prepared from the outside pool bar. The villa has its own private pool with infinite view to the sea.
The interior of the house is fully furnished and is composed of three levels. The middle level has a very comfortable sitting room and a large kitchen with open informal dining room, very functional and nicely designed. The master bedroom with its bathroom is also situated there. On the top level there are three bedrooms (two bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds), which are bright and spacious and have spectacular view at the sea. The lower level of the villa has its own separate entrance and includes a bedroom with a stone-build double bed, a bedroom with a semi-double bed, sitting room with stone-build single bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom.
The swimming pool is located in front of the villa and has its own pool bar and sunbeds for the guests. At the backside area there is a huge parking space that can hold more than ten cars.
The villa is available for private hire, such as social events, weddings, various celebrations and can seat up to 90 guests. Mykonos Greece is the perfect choice to celebrate a special occasion.

The pictures do not do this property justice.The views are amazing from every room!Everything is so extremely clean and crisp.Alex is available 24/7 for help in arranging anything! From transfers, which always arrived right on time and were seamless in dropping us off and picking us up from dinners or anything we arranged, Any questions about the property, arranging masseuse to come to the property, a day on a catamaran, restaurant recommendations, and reservations made anytime and a car rental delivered right to us at the airport. I highly suggest a car for just morning coffee runs or grocery runs at minimum.dAdd

This is a very beautiful home and Alex is a great host - very accommodating and responsive. I LOVED that he offers a wide selection of menus for the private chef to come cook in the home. We enjoyed probably one of the best dinners of our entire trip for a very reasonable price. The chefs are TOP notch and the food was amazing (my Greek mother in law was truly impressed and the chefs even helped out by bringing her some ingredients to cook for us the following evening). The villa is about 20 minutes from the main town and taxis are a little pricey so having the option to enjoy the private chef for a meal or two is nice (better food than anywhere else we enjoyed on the island and you dont have to pay for the taxi). Alex stocks the home with some snacks, water, a few beers, and wine so that you are not without supplies when you first arrive; he also helped by getting us some ice when we left a message, which was very nice. The villa is set up on a hill with an amazing view of the sea. The beach that is down the hill is probably the best on the island (in my opinion). Overall, beaches on the Greek islands tend to be beach clubs in which you pay for a chair/ umbrella all day and are expected to purchase drinks and food (NOT cheap - some can run you $100 for just 2 chairs). Agios Sostis beach is exactly what we wanted for our days in Mykanos (quiet, secluded, no services). We were able to pack up our lunches and beach blankets and walk on down and just relax (note: this is a nude acceptable beach, but it was still very comfortable for our group, including my Mother in law). The walk down is about 15 minutes and the walk back up the very steep hill is about 30 minutes (while it seems daunting, its totally doable - my 65 year old mother in law had no issues just going slowly.... plus you get to jump in the pool after you climb the hill). It would be nice if there were some light weight beach chairs and a beach umbrella available in the home, but we did fine by having our parachute material beach blankets for the day. Lastly, something I did not know about Mykanos is how windy it is - at first I thought the strong winds would be un-enjoyable, but it was so nice on the beaches. Just be sure to close and secure the big wood shutters in the house so you can sleep in quiet at night. Overall I would definitely stay at Villas Kappas with a big group again!
