Friendly staff. View & spa bath to loll in. Shower. Coffee pods & water. Separate toilet was handy.
Too many items in the room - meant not a lot of space around the bed.

It’s an amazing suite. We couldn’t be happier in Mykonos. The hot tub in the terrace in front of the sunset is from another level. Absolutely gorgeous. The location is perfect surrounded by very good restaurants and just 5 minutes walking from the town so perfect location to be close to every thing but not in the middle of everything. A separate recommendation to Lefki, our host. She is not only an amazing person so kind always, but also very helpful. She not only gave us very good recommendations which we followed and are very happy about them but she also helped us to get anything we needed even tho it wasn’t her responsibility like getting us taxis all the time or more wine every day. She is amazing! 10000% recommended!

Bed was comfortable.
We reserved the room from booking. Com in Early January were supposed to be charged on August 11, 2025 with credit card that I had provided.
On August 9 I received a notice that my credit card will be charged.
On August 12, I received an email that our reservation is canceled. My husband and I were on the phone with booking.com for 6 hours and their Remote operator's were blaming the Riva Suite for cancellation.
I finally found out from our credit card company that the expiration date date of our credit card was not valid and they did not bother to inform us about that before canceling our reservation. 😡😡
Hotel Room was extremely small and crowded with decorative items.
Shower was almost in the middle of the room. Water was flooded in your room when you were taking shower 😡😡😡
Stingy with towels, toiletries.
They even did not have a sign for “do not disturb”
They do not serve breakfast either. I did not want my room to be cleaned and when I asked for towels, they questioned me why I need extra towel.
Location was far from taxi pick up and drop off.
