RECENTLY UPDATED! New flooring & paint. This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Town Home in desirable Ocean Walk has everything you need to relax after a day spent exploring, at the beach, or pool side. This condo is comfortably furnished. Stainless appliances in the kitchen. Ample seating for family dinners. Bathrooms updated a few years ago. Washer and dryer are located off of the kitchen. The patio in back looks out on the large lake and fountain. Ocean Walk is a short bike ride from the Village and Pier and boasts of 2 pools and tennis courts as well as a fitness center which is housed in the community clubhouse. The property has a great location, 2 pools near by and a nice pond view in the backyard. It was clean and in the house was everything we need! Beach and center are a few minutes away.

Very nice centrally located end unit townhome. Can walk to the village (15 minutes).
Quiet complex that’s clean. 2 pools. Tennis courts.
Very good communication with property management.

Plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children. Complex has two pools, pond with ducks, fish and turtles, play area for kids, tennis and basketball. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the pier.
This condo was not well stocked with necessities - no spices (only salt), coffee filters (we left some for future guests), no hairdryer...) some cleaning attention should be given to the floors, corners and baseboards.
Overall - would stay again.
