About this house rental
Very clean, modern, private and beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom full air con home with stunning views. Durham House has a full enclosed and a very green private garden with outdoor dining and garden furniture.
NB due to shipping delay bedroom 2 only has 1 single bed until 15th December when there will be 2 single

Durham House is beautiful new fully equipped modern double glazed home with amazing views and garden. Master Bedroom has own private ensuite bathrooms. Fast Fibre Broadbad Wifi. 2 Tv's and small Office setup
Durham House is a brand new with an airy, warm and welcoming feel to the cottage. It has a heat pump and a HRV system , so through the whole house very cool in summer and warm and cosy in the winter. All set to your temperature . Includes all your linen and towels for all guests. The garden , well has 2 lovely big trees that do not obscure the sun. Very green and with natural
Master Bedroom full ensuite and French doors to rear private enclosed gardens with beautiful views and TV, built in double wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps. built in wardrobe
Bedroom3 has two king single bed , bedside cabinet with lamp and built in wardrobe
Main bathroom. Has full size bath, separate shower toilet and handbasin. All brand new and very clean, classic setup (hair dryer supplied). Has sink Hand Soap dispense also in Shower for Shower Gel, Shampoo and Conditioner.
Main living area . There is a TV with terrestrial channels and Apple TV with Netflix. Two couches, the leather couch has recliner seats (great for a movie or watching the ruggers), and bean bag for the adults whoops kids.
Kitchen is all new, dishwasher, microwave, under bench fridge and separate freezer, loads of storage. All Cutlery, Plates, cooking utensils etc supplied. There is a full dining table for the jigsaw fan or the family to sit down to for a meal. Box of Childrens and Adults Jigsaws, Books and Games
Back Garden. Totally private and fenced off with access only from front of house. Stunning views, for the ornithologist absolutely full of birds flying from the trees located in the garden. Garden furniture , Outdoor dining for 6 provided and sun umbrella.
Front driveway and parking. Totally enclosed off road parking with plenty of space
Very sunny location. Town centre is only a 10 minute walk or for the big shop 2 mins in the car to NewWorld, BurgerKing, Restaurants and Take aways.Very central location. Loads of play parks in town and an amazing indoor fully heated Olympic sized Adults and children’s swimming pool. Mini golf is my favourite. Oh and don’t forget the fishing in the river.

This was our first boys weekend away - fishing trip. I booked this bach way back in March. Rob was a pleasant and accommodating host.The bach itself was warm and cosy, and really close to the shops too, and 10 minutes away from the Tongariro river fishing spots.I would gladly come back and stay here again next year for the next boys weekend

Great location, very quiet Street, excellent communication from the host. Very clean and tidy! Plenty of room to park. Would definitely stay again!

Ideal for fishermen and those visiting the National Park. Modern, clean with large gardens and ample parking. The owner was most helpful and has good local knowledge. While the house had sufficient cutlery and crockery for all people, to fully utilised the dishwasher more is needed
