This trendy apartment at walking distance from the beach may just be what you are looking for!
Located in the Barceloneta area, right next to the beach you will be able to enjoy it all day! You can either go for a morning jog or an evening stroll while enjoying the fresh breeze of the ocean. Afterwards make sure to stop by one of the fancy terraces to enjoy an amazing cocktail! If this is not your style, you might just want to stay in the Barceloneta neighborhood itself, where you will be able to find many local bars and restaurants! If you need any recommendation, we are more than happy to help you.
For your groceries we definitely recommend you to visit the local market, that you will find at the corner of the street! You will find many fresh, delicious ingredients in there!

It is located in the Barceloneta neighborhood, right next to Barcelona ́s main beach. Besides this, you will be only a few steps away from the harbour and its boulevard with many restaurants! In the Barceloneta neighborhood itself, you will not get bored either. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from.

We recommend you to move around walking and using public transportation. However, If you rent a scooter, you will manage just perfect!

Nearest Beach: Barcelona's Beach is located at 500 meters from the building

- Utility fees are paid separately from the Rental Price. They have a cost of 6€ per day for 2 persons.

- A damage deposit of €600 (via our App) must be paid upon arrival. It does not apply to reservations made through Airbnb.
- Check-in is possible after 15h.
- There is a late check-in fee of €30 for check-ins between 8pm and 11.59pm, and €50 for later check-ins. This fee must be paid directly to the check-in agent in cash.
- Sheets and towels (shower) are provided for the amount of guests indicated in the reservation. Any extra set (towels or sheets) is 15€.
- Beach towels are not provided.
- The cleaning fee is for the final cleaning at the end of your stay.
- PARTIES are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN, as well as making noise after 20h.
- It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to SMOKE in any part of the apartment/building.
In compliance with local regulations (Law 11/2025), this property is available only for monthly holiday stays. It is not suitable for stays related to work, study, or medical purposes. Guests will be required to provide documentation. Accepted documents include round-trip tickets, tickets to museums or shows in Barcelona & a car rental agreement. The minimum stay for this property is 32 nights.

We charge a late check-in fee for arrivals after 8 pm.

Utility fees cost €6 per day for 1 or 2 guests, with an additional €2 per day for each extra guest. These fees are not included in the price (for Airbnb reservations).

A damage deposit of €600 (via our App) must be paid upon arrival. This does not apply to reservations made through Airbnb.

If the request or reservation does not match the property's calendar, the property may have to cancel your reservation or relocate you. For this reason, we kindly ask you to reconfirm availability before booking.

Extra guests joining the reservation after the check-in date will incur an additional charge of €18 per day (plus utility fees).

The minimum age to stay with EasyFlat is 25 years old.
The minimum stay for this property is 32 nights.

Parties and smoking are strictly forbidden at all times. Noise is not allowed after 8 pm.

Pets and bicycles are not allowed in the apartment.

This is an in-person check-in, you will coordinate with an agent to enter the property.
Regular check in time is from 15h to 20h.

When checking in later, note that there is a late check-in fee of €30 for check-ins between 8pm and 11.59pm, and €50 for later check-ins. This fee must be paid in cash directly to the check-in agent. Otherwise, VAT must be added to it.

A few days before your arrival, you will receive a PreCheck-in Form that requires you to fill out your passport, contact and arrival details. It is essential that you indicate the estimated time of your arrival in here.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL: to make sure that we are able to meet you on time at the apartment, it is necessary that you call us at least 30-40 minutes before arriving to the apartment on the check-in agent's phone number indicated in the Guest Portal (using the link of the PreCheck-in Form). If you do not call us on time, you might need to wait for the check-in agent.
Take the advantage to ask any questions upon arrival to ensure a good stay throughout! Especially if there is anything unclear on how to make it work or getting around the house.

Please be sure to check all features of the apartment during the first 48 hours of your stay. If there would be something that is not in perfect state, let us know as soon as possible!

The apartment is in a really quite area, it's very peaceful druing the day & night! 5 minute walk away from the beach and lots of super markets and restaurants near by. The apartment was very clean when I arrived, especially the kitchen. The appliances are all new and work really well, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood feels very local and I'd say it's pretty safe although there are some drunk people around druing the day I still felt comfortable. My only complaint about the apartment is that there is a funky smell coming from the utility closet sometimes but it's bearable. I did see a few cocoroaches in the utility closet, not in the other areas of the apartment. Overall I had a nice stay and Easy flat are very responsive. The place felt like home.❤
