About this apartment rental
My apartment is located in Barceloneta, one of the most charming neighborhoods in Barcelona.
The building is on a very quiet pedestrian street, but there are numerous tapas bars and seafood restaurants nearby. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the city center is 10 minutes away.
If you’re arriving by car, there’s a public parking lot next to the building. Barceloneta Market is at the end of the street, less than a minute’s walk away, where you can buy very fresh Mediterranean food.
The building has been completely renovated, and the apartments within it have been fully renovated while preserving the traditional local style and architecture, such as the original ceiling beams and wooden window porches. The parquet flooring is furnished in a modern and comfortable style combined with traditional elements. The kitchen is compact yet very modern and fully equipped.
Inside, there are two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, a double sofa bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a dining table with matching chairs.
It is an ideal apartment for couples or families with one or two children.
How to get there from the airport:
*) Taxi: 20–25 minutes, depending on traffic. Approx. €25.
*) Aerobus: Approx. 30 minutes (€5). The Aerobus departs from the airport terminals every 10 minutes. Get off at Plaça Catalunya, where you can take a taxi or the metro to reach the apartment.
*) Metro Station: Barceloneta (L4)
*) Train Station: France Station
5-minute walk from: Barceloneta Beach – El Born – Museum of the History of Catalonia – Picasso Museum – Palau de Mar – Port Olímpic
12-minute walk from: Las Ramblas, Barcelona Cathedral
