This 2-bedroom, 2-bath pet-friendly, golf course villa can accommodate up to 4 guests and has just undergone many new and exciting updates! From updated kitchen with custom cabinetry and granite counter-tops to custom designed bathrooms, each detail has been addressed to assure you have a fantastic vacation. Under new ownership, all electronics have also been updated to flat screen TV's in every room. The master bedroom features a king bed and the guest bedroom features two twins. This is an upstairs unit - with your private balcony overlooking the 11th and 13th fairways of the Seascape Golf Course.

Booked stay while working at the Moon Crush events by Topeka Live. Great accommodations. Laid back environment. Friendly staff. Eager to attend to your needs during your stay. Various amenities for the the vacationing booker. Convenient to the beach. And, in this case, GREAT MUSIC! You can't miss the mark here!

We enjoyed our stay, although we thought it was over-priced. The unit was fine and in good shape, but dated. The comforter in the master bedroom needs to be replaced as it is old. The furniture on the balcony needs to be replaced.

We had a nice stay. Getting golf and beach chairs great plus. Condo was comfortable. The bathrooms were in need of updates and repairs. Overall it was a decent accommodation.
