Nestled directly on the scenic Seascape Golf Course, this updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor villa seamlessly combines a quite golf location with the allure of the Emerald Coast. Whether you are hitting the links, lounging by one of the 5 resort pools, playing pickleball or walking to the resort’s private beach, this home serves as the perfect launchpad for your Miramar Beach vacation.
The Space
Our updated villa is designed for comfort, high functionality, and effortless single-level living.
Living & Dining: An open layout features a fully stocked kitchen equipped for home-cooked meals, leading to a dining table that comfortably seats 6.
Bedrooms: Sleeps 6 guests. The spacious master suite features beautiful golf course views and a completely remodeled, modern en-suite bathroom.
Outdoor Living: Step directly onto your private patio to enjoy peaceful morning coffee or evening drinks overlooking the lush fairways.

As part of the renowned 300-acre Seascape Resort, guests enjoy access to premium amenities:
5 outdoor pools
Tennis and pickleball courts
2,000 feet of pristine, private white-sand beach (just a 0.5-mile walk or there is a private resort parking lot across from beach)

The Location & Neighborhood
You are positioned in the heart of Miramar Beach, one of South Walton’s most diverse and active coastal neighborhoods.
Walking Distance (0.5 Miles): The private resort beach, The Whale’s Tail beachfront restaurant, local dining options such as Mezcal, an ice cream shop, a liquor store, and a family arcade.
Shopping: Walk to Silver Sands Premium Outlets (over 100 stores). A short drive takes you to Grand Boulevard, an upscale outdoor lifestyle center featuring Anthropologie, Lululemon, Williams Sonoma, and the New Vision Boulevard 10 cinema.
Outdoor Activities: Access the 3-mile Scenic Highway 98 Trail for running or biking.

Guests have full, exclusive access to the villa, excluding two locked owner's closets used for personal items and turn-over cleaning supplies.
One dedicated, reserved parking space is included right outside the unit. Most local shopping centers and restaurants offer free parking.

Your Hosts: This villa is our family’s second home and the only rental property we manage. We take immense pride in its upkeep and are available throughout your stay via phone or text to ensure a seamless experience.
Age Requirement: Per Homeowners Association mandates, the primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.

My family and I stayed here for the week and LOVED the condo! It was clean and perfect for what we needed! Total scoring of 9.2/10 — most places we’ve stayed at had seasonings, spices, and oils in the home and this one didn’t, which was fine, but I wish I’d known for my Walmart pick up The upstairs neighbors were quite loud and were partaking in activities (which is totally fine if that’s your lifestyle, but I’d rather my son not catch a whiff of that at the ripe age of eight months so we were pretty restricted to sitting inside.) The pool was within walking distance but we chose to drive the 1 minute because we have a VERY heavy baby to tote around They had beach chairs, tons of beach towels, normal towels, linens, cleaning supplies for guest use, a beach wagon, and some fun beach toys for our son. The host was VERY kind and VERY responsive to any and all inquiries I had. Honestly, as a guest who frequents the Destin/Miramar Beach area, it’s this sort of communication that sets the bar for all other hosts! Angie was so kind and understanding and if there were any hiccups, she always offered anything and everything in her power to amend it.Thanks for the wonderful home away from home! We hope to book with you again in the fall!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the host was very responsive. The condo was in great shape and well equipped. We appreciated that they are dog friendly! The back patio is right off a fairway. We enjoyed sitting outside but everyday we had golfers hitting balls into the yard and off the building. We are hoping to stay here again.

The property was very nice and welcoming, my family and I loved that it was a short walk to our favorite beach!! We would definitely stay here again for our next visit. Highly recommended!!
