About this villa rental
Villa Eva is a spectacular holiday property located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. Its privileged location above the old port places it in an incredibly quiet, safe and peaceful area but at the same time a few minutes walk from bars, restaurants or Playa Chica, a benchmark of beauty on the island's beaches.
The villa has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en suite), air conditioning in all bedrooms, fully equipped independent kitchen, living room with views of the pool, large terrace with heated pool (heating the pool has a cost extra), solarium, pool table and pingpong, and free WIFI throughout the accommodation.
An ideal accommodation to enjoy the wonderful Canarian climate with family or friends, or as a starting point to explore and get to know Lanzarote.

Seeing as our first time staying in a villa as we normally go for all
Inclusive, I will say it was best decision and don’t think we would book hotel holidays again! We stayed for 10days and was very happy with our stay. Villa was lovely had everything we needed. Very easy from airport great area beautiful views.
We are looking to book again as we loved it that much.

The villa was lovely, as described, the photos do not do it justice. Very spacious and clean. The outside area is bigger than it looks in the picture. We went as a family with older children, we all absolutely loved it. There is quite a long uphill/ steps walk back from town, you do get used to it. You can easily pick up a taxi in town for around 4 euros. It takes about 15 mins to walk down to the harbour/ old town ( beautiful views ) and another 10 mins to get to the main strip. Would definitely stay again couldn't fault it. Thank you for a brilliant stay.

Villa generally good and simmilar to the pictures Let down by:Pool table not usable damaged cues2wine glasses so would have been unsuitable for larger groupsmixtures of crockery No freestanding bbq despite confirmation and been shown in the picturesHot water tank limited (needed to leave chance fir the water to reheat for all 4of us to shower)Some of the furniture inside and out a little dated and in need of replacementPositivesNice poolCleanliness of property excellentGood location 15minute walk to the harbour and 30-35mins to main Part of puerto colonInformation from hoste clear and helpful with early arrival
