Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space situated directly on the Cumberland river. This exquisitely designed and remodeled home offers sophistication and elegance while providing the ability to relax and unwind from the bustling city. Plenty of space for the entire family to enjoy some quality time together. Located close enough to Nashville that you can still enjoy a night out in the city or stay local and enjoy dinner at the marina or drinks at the local brewery.
The space
You'll have full access to the entire house, which was recently remodeled with new granite counters, stainless steel appliances, freshly painted and expertly decorated. Plenty of parking for your entire group. There is a shared basketball hoop with the neighbor. Fully fenced yard!
**This house is not wheelchair accessible. There is no living space on the first floor as it is built on stilts. All living space is on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so stairs are required.

Other things to note
Easy walk to the trailhead or head into town for dinner. You can fish from the banks or tie up and float in the river soaking up the sun all day. Also, a short 30 min ride to west Nashville if you want to go to the city.

The house was a wonderful getaway for our family! We spent a lot of time enjoying the deck and watching the boats go by. The kitchen was very well equipped so we could make our meals right there! Any issues, the host was quick to answer. Everyone enjoyed themselves! Thank you!

Nice house with beautiful river views and plenty of room for our family and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house could use some addtl TLC in the cleaning area. Outside patio/deck needs cleaned and the covered seating area cushions are filthy dirty and stained, overhead light/fan fixtures are so full of bugs (even right over the patio table) that we didn't feel comfortable eating at the outdoor table. Some of the outdoor fan/lights do not work. The fan over the inside dining table wouldn't work. We had an issue with some bed sheets having stains and hair on them. Owner had cleaner come back over to change bedding. Master bathroom shower handle is broken so very difficult to operate proper temperature and shower floor tile needs good scrubbing along with a good wipe down of the white doors to clean all the dirty hand/fingerprints on the doors. Hallway bathroom tub/shower water nozzle is loose on the wall. Upstairs bathroom had huge spiders, one in the sink and when washed down it kept crawling back up because there's no drain plug.When I pay over 2,000 for 5 nights and a hefty cleaning fee I expect the place to be professionally cleaned. This is NOT what we got. There is adequate parking. Neighbors dog barked at us every time we stepped out to the yard or to our cars.
