The apartment was nice, clean and spacious.
At nights, there was no lighting in the parking lot and no light illuminating the stairs going up to the third floor. We stumbled in the parking lot and almost fell and we had to use our phone light to see to punch the codes on the door in order to open the door. That is bad.

Customer service was great and responsive. The property is nice and has everything we needed.
It wasn’t very clean upon arrival. It’s clear the last guest had a lot of shedding hair and a dog as well because there was hair everywhere. The tub drain was even clogged. The dryer also didn’t work.

no breakfast - the big thing was we were on the 4th floor and I did not see where they said no elevator. everything else was great. but we would not return because of no elevator

Inside was very nice and comfortable. Everything was there that we would’ve needed. It was well equipped and nicely decorated.
The location was awful. The neighborhood was scuzzy. The complex was dirty. The ad was completely misleading. It was nowhere near Broadway.
