The whole place was nice and clean. We enjoyed the balcony. We were provided with utensils, cleaning supplies, etc.
The bugs outside the door and spider webs on the balcony. Someone should clean the front door, and the balcony, because you can't stand out at night with all the spiders around the door and on the balcony rails.

It was so cozy. The beds were comfortable and I loved having a full kitchen and laundry option. The apartment was exactly as I expected. Parking was easy, had a 1st floor unit and my commute was only 6 minutes!
The only problem I had was the person upstairs. I think maybe they work mid shift. Every night around 1130ish, there was loud walking for about an hour or 2. I wouldn’t mark it against the property, I would just request a top apartment the next time. Management offered to send a noise reminder and forwarded an after hours number for any further issues. I never called because I honestly didn’t think it was malicious, it was just a misalignment of schedules I think.

Inside was very nice and comfortable. Everything was there that we would’ve needed. It was well equipped and nicely decorated.
The location was awful. The neighborhood was scuzzy. The complex was dirty. The ad was completely misleading. It was nowhere near Broadway.
