- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
Parking Details:
- 2 cars are allowed per unit.
- Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in front of the building or to the right as you enter the complex.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We had a great stay in nashville. Location of the apartment was about 15 or 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Easy parking. Apartment was on the third floor, no elevator, so keep that in mind if you visit with somebody older or you're unable to carry your luggage. The neighborhood was a bit noisy during the day with the crossroads, but no issues in the evening. We weren't in the apartment much during the day so it didn't bother us. The bed in the front bedroom was extremely firm, the two queen size beds were very comfy. The hosts were extremely responsive, and check-in was very easy. We would definitely stay again!

This was a great place to stay. It was about 20 minutes from every place we wanted to visit. It was a nice, quiet area. Everything was very beautiful and just as pictured.

The property is as pictured... very nice on the inside with a great view! The outside of the building could use a littler pressure wash overall and renters should beware of the 4th floor - no elevator access. It felt more like 6 flights with the high ceilings which can be problematic if people have physical limitations or guest who need assistance. However, the place was cozy and clean. Would stay again!

Brand new. Space is bigger than we thought!3rd floor.. you need to go up and down the stairs but it is Ok. Everything inside is impecable. Bathroom and kitchen were cleaned with no trace of being used before.The front door has windows , which we didn’t like for privacy and safety matters.It is a good 15-20 min from downtown but that was fine for us. The neighborhood is developing but it is not one you just want to wander around at night. Good parking but exposed. The place is perfect as an option to hotel rooms. We really liked it.
