Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space situated directly on the Cumberland river. This exquisitely designed and remodeled home offers sophistication and elegance while providing the ability to relax and unwind from the bustling city. Plenty of space for the entire family to enjoy some quality time together. Located close enough to Nashville that you can still enjoy a night out in the city or stay local and enjoy dinner at the marina or drinks at the local brewery.
The space
You'll have full access to the entire house, which was recently remodeled with new granite counters, stainless steel appliances, freshly painted and expertly decorated. Plenty of parking for your entire group. There is a shared basketball hoop with the neighbor. Fully fenced yard!
**This house is not wheelchair accessible. There is no living space on the first floor as it is built on stilts. All living space is on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so stairs are required.

Other things to note
Easy walk to the trailhead or head into town for dinner. You can fish from the banks or tie up and float in the river soaking up the sun all day. Also, a short 30 min ride to west Nashville if you want to go to the city.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and bright home in Ashland City. It comfortably accommodated our group of 7, with plenty of parking and easy access. The house was spotless and featured beautiful views of the Cumberland River. As parents of a newly crawling baby, we especially appreciated how baby-friendly the home was — the mirror in the master bedroom was securely affixed to the wall, and there was very little within reach at floor level. Both staircases (one up and one down) were located behind doors, which made it easy to keep our little one safe. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Highly recommend!

Our group of 8 stayed 4 nights and it was great! Beautiful, peaceful and quiet on the river. Lots of room and a large back deck to sit on and watch the barges go up and down the river. The kitchen could use a few items ( large mixing/serving bowls, spatula ) but we made do without any problems. Would definitely stay again!
