Cosy apartment for 2 close to Eiffel Tower:
Just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides, in the very chic 7th arrondissement, five minutes on foot from Rue Cler and its famous market, and close to the Champ de Mars and the banks of the Seine, this pleasant and comfortable apartment with a classic Scandinavian-inspired décor offers a शांत and relaxing stay, whether for business trips or holidays in Paris.
Located in a typical Parisian building, nestled between two private courtyards/gardens, the apartment enjoys a lovely exposure. Very bright thanks to its two dual-aspect windows, it features a south-facing living room opening onto a private garden, an open-plan kitchen, one bedroom (with a 140 cm double bed) overlooking a small leafy inner courtyard, and a bathroom with a shower. You will appreciate the charm of its green surroundings, its absolute calm, and the absence of overlooking neighbors. Guests will have access, via stairs to the entire apartment, which is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator).
On the Left Bank, a few steps from the Seine, 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, between rue St Dominique and rue de Grenelle, in a residential and shopping area, quiet and one of the most protected on the map of security. Between large and majestic avenues, this district is that of embassies and ministries, with, on both sides, the green and airy expanses of the Esplanade des Invalides and the Champ de Mars.
An ideal base for visiting Paris and satisfying your thirst for culture or for your business meetings: this district is indeed full of tourist sites and museums (Musée de l'Armée, Musée Rodin, the Eiffel Tower, the Grand and the Petit Palais with their temporary exhibitions, the Quai Branly Museum and its collection from around the world) and is close to major congress and exhibition sites.
Access by metro (La Tour Maubourg, line N ° 8), by bus or by RER C to strategic points of the capital.
Metro: 'La Tour Maubourg' station, 100 m from the apartment.
- RER line B and C (direct to go to the Palace of Versailles)- Several bus stops (69, 28, 89)- Parking 200 meters away (Invalides, Champ de Mars)- BUS: If you are arriving from Montparnasse stations, bus N ° 92 will take you to the corner of Rue de Grenelle / Avenue Bosquet.
- TAXI: From Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est it will cost you around 20 euros by taxi.
If you are arriving from Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport or Orly airport, allow 45 minutes to 1 hour to get to the apartment, the price is around 35/55 euros.
A preparation and a cleaning worthy of a hotel standard are reserved for you before your arrival and after your departure.

If you plan to spend most of your time seeing the city, this small apartment has everything you need for a relaxing home base. The living space is tiny (more than 2 people would be tight), but it's all you need to put your feet up after a long day. And the bed is incredibly comfortable to get rested up for your next day of exploring Paris.
I can't say enough about the location, though. The area is completely safe, there are cafes and boulangeries within easy walking distance, and the metro is just around the corner to give you access to the rest of the city and its sights. Our breakfast of fresh fruit and croissants every morning came from the local streets.
We had a little trouble with payment but that had more to do with our banks not talking to each other than the owners. Our contact Abigaëlle was responsive and helped us work through the issues. The only difficulty we encountered was a mix-up with the on-site host that resulted in a worrisome delay at check-in. Not a big deal compared to the overall experience.
I recommend "our Paris apartment" for absolutely anyone looking for a centrally-located home in the heart of Paris!

Great apartment with the perfect location a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and other sites. It is cozy (good use of space) and as noted in the listing it is on 3rd floor with no elevator. We did have help with our luggage when the property manager checked us in. It is quiet and comfortable, and we would stay here again!

This apartment is in a perfect central location for exploring Paris. It is also exceptionally quiet with serene courtyard views.
The description of the small size is accurate. It was fine for a couple that packs light and if you only want to prepare simple meals.
The decor is quite cluttered. It required a bit of closet rearranging to create usable space.
The property manager was responsive for the most part. It was a bit confusing that they list on VRBO but take payment on a separate platform. Check in was easy with an agent to meet us there upon arrival. We also had an issue with the stovetop which took 3 days to resolve.
