This comfortable vacation home can accommodate up to 16 people and features wrap around sectional couches, pillow ottomans, and comfortable furnishings. Plan to spend some evenings on the over-sized balcony roasting marshmallows around the fire pit or soaking in the large hot tub. Walk in from the balcony and challenge your buddy to a game of pool, or grab a blanket and find a good movie on the TV. Rest well in one of 4 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. Great for families, groups, and corporate retreats in southern Utah.

Location was perfect for our adventures and there was plenty of room for our group!

We loved staying here so much! The house had everything we needed with plenty of extra pillows and rolling cots. Also had some great games for kids! The kids had a blast at the pool and waterslides which was just down the street. Only improvement I’d make is to put curtains in the bedrooms since the streetlight outside is pretty bright, but other than that we had a great stay!

The house was beautiful but the visuals used in the advertising were different Thant what was there. Didn’t expect to have six cots. Notified company and nothing was done to rectify the issue. No discount, no partial refund just a sorry. Disappointed in not being forwarned what we signed up for was not what we got.
