Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at places in this area(Santa Clara) for 4 years now while attending the Huntsman games. We like being so close to the ballparks, shops and grocery stores. This year we found pans that were dirty, oven and stove top that wasn’t clean! There was a problem with our reservation, and we had to leave a day earlier than we wanted. When I called asking about renting it or another place like it, I was told “unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do, and we aren’t able to do rentals for just one day”. About the time I was leaving two men who said they were plumbers came in to fix the water leak in the ceiling. They asked me if I was the one who reported the leak? It makes me wonder if we were scheduled to leave a day early so they could come in and fix the leak before the next renters for there. So next year when the 10 of us come to the Huntsman games we will be looking at other accommodations for our stay!

Reviewer Comments: Our group has stayed in this house before but I'm sad to say the house has gone downhill. Mosty small things but they add up. Some TV's needed repair person, BBO poor condition, AC has noise in attic over upstairs queen bedroom, AC hard to control (could be our inexperience), and worst of all some tub-showers were unsafe (NEED NO-SLIP ON FLOOR OF TUB). This house is very expensive and should be better maintained.

However the house was very dirty for crazy cleaning fees. Queen bedroom smelt like dog pee, dirty towels and pillows. When you walked around your feet immediately turned black. There is no cleaning being done on properties and even dished were packed away dirty. Then when emailing guest service there is no response. Hopefully they up there game or this spot will go down hill fast. I’m from Vegas and resorts are cleaner than this. No one on sight to help, staff at pool couldn’t even tell us when snack shack would be open but it was suppose to be open at 11:30. Guest service, Cleaners, staff, maintenance team need some training asap.

Lots of wear on the furniture and the unit was beat up with holes in the walls, food splattered on the walls, tile in bathrooms with no grout and loose, blinds were damaged and would only partially conceal to name a few. Called and asked several times for housekeeping to come and clean but they never showed up. After calling several times I was offered a small refund and was told someone would be out to assist with cleaning and once again never saw anyone. Staff was professional and friendly on the phone but the follow through and fulfilment of their promises was empty regarding cleaning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for spring break with our family and thoroughly enjoyed the vacation! Super clean home, well stocked and the perfect distance from each pool. Booking and check-in were seamless! No issues until we checked out and realized we had forgotten a couple items. We promptly called to explain where they’d been left and if they could be located for us to pick up and were told we’d have to wait until the next guests checked out. But they should have been located during the cleaning process between stays?! After multiple calls over a weeks time with no return we received an email stating the items had not been found after the next family had checked out �� Our items still have not been recovered and are probably in someone else’s hands. A little frustrated with the customer service. Two of the items were irreplaceable baby items. 4 out of 5 stars simply because we could not get a clear answer or response as to what happened to our items during the cleaning process or what our next step could be!

Should have been a better experience.

Reviewer Comments: We rented this and another larger home close to each other for our family of 38 people. We've stayed at Paradise Village before in nice homes. This time we were very disappointed mostly by the lack of cleanliness. The carpet and hard surface floors were filthy. We used Clorox wipes to wipe up the floors. The furniture was very dirty. Found a rotten apple under the couch. I called after our visit and reported our experience. It was a holiday, and the managers were out. I didn't receive a call back, so I called again. I was told I should have reported the problem and given them a chance to correct the problem while we were there and that they can’t get the floors perfectly clean. The cleaning fee was high enough to pay for a deep cleaning, which it needed. They did reimburse part of the cleaning fee which I appreciated. We won't be back to this or the other home again.

Condo was good for our family of 8 adults, 4 kids and 2 toddlers. We wish there was a baby gate available for the stairs. That was a struggle with the 2 little ones. Aside from some wrappers under the dressers and bed in the room we were in, and some ice cream and food residue on the outdoor cushions, the condo was clean and well stocked with detergents and dish soap. We loved having an en-suite bathroom in each of the bedrooms. No toys or games for younger kids (3-6) or for toddlers, so if we stayed again, we’d need to bring our own. Kids loved the water park and parents all had fun! We’d stay again.

This is a great space. Each room has a bathroom and the 2 living spaces make it feel like there is room to spread out. Plus the kitchen and dining area have a lot of space, which is great when you have 4 moms making food for their small children each day. The only complaint is the upstairs bedrooms are really bright in the morning. The blinds don’t adequalty block the sun and it’s really hard to sleep past sunrise. Also it’s important to note that you have to put the exact number of guests to get into the big pool with the slides. Both pools were awesome with our small kids and it was a great location with Harmons down the road.

There were so many rooms that everyone had their own room and bathroom. All amenities were available to us. We loved the pool and this home is close to the pool with an easy walking path behind the houses straight to the gate. It was nice to have access to the garage as well. We used our own Roku stick to watch some shows and the TVs are mounted such that you can get to the ports easily. Overall this was a great vacation and we would go back to this until again in the future.

This was our first time at Paradise Village and when we chose “Bartlett Place” to stay in, we were all excited. Everything was nice and clean, beds and couches were comfortable, and we had everything we needed at the house. However, check in wasn’t on time but an hour late. The toilet seat handle in the main floor bathroom was broken so flushing was a bit difficult. And we had a problem with the remote in the living room. After contacting the management company, they brought a new remote out quickly and we really appreciated that. Other than a few stains on the carpet and the toilet handle situation, it was a very nice place!

Great place for a great price! The house was very clean and organized and ready when we checked in. A few stains on the carpets, and some minor scuffs on the walls. But still very nice, spacious and clean. It slept everyone that was with us. And the kiddos loved the bunk room. The pool areas and neighborhood was great! We lived at the pools the whole time. The kids pool with slides and such was Really cold, which made the kiddos not want to go to that one as much. But they still had fun! overall, we had an amazing time and we cant wait to go back.

There were 11 of us and there was plenty of room for more. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we loved hanging out on the back patio. It was close to the pool and the pool was clean and enjoyable for all ages. But...I was a little upset when we got there, there were two half empty water bottles on tables that were not ours. There were candy wrappers under the slide out bed and hair in one of the showers. I called the property manager. I was told I'd get a call back and never did. Very disappointed in that but I didn't let it ruin my vacation. They stressed that they take extra precautions in cleaning because of Covid...didn't see evidence of that. But nobody got Covid! It was a fun girls trip.

The home was large and well maintained. We loved the en-suites in each room. Our favorite thing was the location. Snow Canyon is just a few minutes up the road and we had a lot of fun exploring and hiking there as a family. We also liked how Harmon’s grocery store was right around the corner. The swimming pool was really fun. The house had all the necessary amenities. Our only complaint was that the wi-fi was weak which made it hard for my husband to work from the house like he needed to do. They did leave great instructions which allowed us to hook up our Apple TV which we appreciated! All in all it was a great house! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay! The home was immaculate when we arrived. Plenty of linens, kitchen accessories, there were even towels for the pool. The upstairs family room was great for the teenagers to hang out in and we loved having private bathrooms in each bedroom. The pools were fun and heated. The house is conveniently located to Harmons grocery store, a fun neighborhood park, and snow canyon. Wish we could have stayed longer!
