The location is great. The property is well taken care of. We were glad that Nexthome Beach Time Realty was on site to take care of problems when they came up. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful providing good customer service. The unit 210 was not to our liking. It was in need of updating. It also needed a good cleaning for example the floors were filthy. The blinds were broken and should be replaced. The furniture was uncomfortable. We had to have the washer repaired, the shower drain unclogged, one of the toilets repaired as it was leaking around the bottom. The motor in the refrigerator made a loud noise one night for no apparent reason. All of the issues were taken care of in a timely manner. We enjoyed time spent with the other guests. We booked for next year but in a different suite number 310. We would recommend this property but certainly not suite 210. We learnt how to play pickleball from other guests and are now hooked. We did enjoy our stay but would definitely not recommend suite 210. Also the lock on the door to the balcony was broken and the weather stripping along the bottom of the front door needs replacing.
