Host was amazing. The neighbors all came to say hello:). We had a great time because the house was immediately next to the beach and the two decks had amazing views. We spent hours on the deck eating breakfast, drinking coffee, watching sunsets and sunrises. The state beach next to the house was not crowded and the water was nice for early July. The small neighborhood is secluded so bring all your groceries. Bathrooms were well maintained and clean with walk in showers. There is also a shower downstairs and hoses on the deck. This made it easy to wash off sandy feet and beach gear. The washer and dryer are high capacity and high quality. Lots of gear and supplies in the kitchen for cooking. Overall, we had a great time and would love to come back.

The house is perfect..right on the beach was a selling point. It was perfect for family get togethers. Definitely tell friends about this place!
