A luxury 3 bedroom with private full bathrooms and an extra half bathroom (3.5 baths in total).
The beachside cottage in Pointe West Resort is just a short walk to the beach and 1.5 miles to San Luis Pass Bridge. Pointe West is a unique resort where you will discover picturesque views of crystal clear water, white sand, and salt grass that go on and on for miles along with an extremely accommodating property. If you’ve been searching for a place where the views of water, sand, and salt grass stretch for miles… where the sun puts on a technicolor show nightly… and the calls of seabirds lightly echo on soft breezes, this is your place. Manicured beaches, crystal clear pools, and beautiful locations within the salt marshes of the gulf coast of Southeast Texas offer our visitors a multitude of wonderful experiences.
There will be a wristband fee to access the Beach Club during peak season – March 1 through September 15; Beach Club wristbands will be $25.00 per person for all aged 4 and over (For the Whole Stay). During the off-peak season – September 16th to February 28th; Beach Club wristbands will be free (Max. 9 as per the association policy which allows 3 wristbands per room).
Beachside amenities include the Sunset Beach Club, Topsiders Lounge, Breezes Cafe, a breathtaking infinity pool with cabanas and a BBQ area, a game room, and a fitness center. Bayside at Pointe West offers trails for walking and biking, fishing, crabbing, and bird watching. Something for everyone to enjoy at the Beachside Club located on the Gulf. The property is a very short walk to the protected beach where you and your children can play on a private beach. There are chairs, umbrellas & beach games. Also bikes for your use. Downstairs is a picnic table that looks out on the lagoon. Balconies off the bedroom's kitchen make the perfect place to enjoy the sunset & a glass of wine. For those who cannot leave their work behind this home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet service.

This is a very quiet area with resort amenities. The fishing at San Luis Pass is among the best in Texas. Renters have access to the resort - beachside pool, restaurant, bar, fitness room, bayside pool with lazy river feature.

This house needs so much updating. So many things are in need of repair. My biggest concern was an extension cord to the lights on the underneath outside shower. It’s very dangerous and could cause a person to be electrocuted. I addressed my concerns with the property owners and I’m hoping they will fix the things that need repair.
