Fountain of the Sun has guarded-gated 24/7 security entrance, so you'll feel nice and safe staying at our community. This fully remodeled 2 bedrooms, 2 bath patio home with king and queen bed as well as an inflatable queen bed, full kitchen, dining room, living room, Arizona room, laundry room, two patio areas and 2 car garage. Home and furniture all updated/remodeled in 2019. The home is set up for rest and relaxation or a home away from home that is close to golf courses, shopping, restaurants, pubs, mountains, lakes, pools, forest and desert areas.

The property was just as described, really even better in person than the photos. The home was spotlessly clean. It had everything you would need! Refrigerator was huge and super clean. Ice maker was a life saver. Plenty of towels, soap, TP, all essentials. Washer and dryer was amazing. Garage was great for shade. Beds comfortable, air conditioner works great. Coffee maker was fantastic! Felt like home!

Very satisfied with the house, the complex it is in and the area it is in. The house was clean and well equipped to cover a persons needs. Close to groceries and restaurants and events around town. We will definitely look to use this location again. Thank You.
