Fountain of the Sun has guarded-gated 24/7 security entrance, so you'll feel nice and safe staying at our community. This fully remodeled 2 bedrooms, 2 bath patio home with king and queen bed as well as an inflatable queen bed, full kitchen, dining room, living room, Arizona room, laundry room, two patio areas and 2 car garage. Home and furniture all updated/remodeled in 2019. The home is set up for rest and relaxation or a home away from home that is close to golf courses, shopping, restaurants, pubs, mountains, lakes, pools, forest and desert areas.

The house was clean and well equipped. Gary, the host was easy to communicate with and promptly responded to our questions. The golf cart was great for driving to the pool each day. Everyone that we met was very friendly.

Loved gated community with spacious properties and gold cart access to get to pool and seek cactus blossoms. Hosts super helpful and responsive. House fully provisions for our needs. Get pool access pass -10 per group for wgole stay and take advantage of pool noodles, etc. Wished we could've stayed longer!

A very clean beautiful home in a quiet community. The home was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Enjoyed the game room where I set up my laptop and had privacy from the other rooms this is truly a gem and look forward to returning. The hosts were very responsive and answered all our questions
