Wake up in a quiet gated community in East Mesa and enjoy coffee on your private balcony before heading out for the day. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the Coyote Landing community comfortably sleeps up to 6 and offers a clean, calm place to unwind after a full day out.
After time in the Arizona sun, come back somewhere comfortable. Kick off your shoes, relax in the living area, or step outside with a drink as the evening cools. If you prefer a night in, the kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook a real meal instead of relying on takeout.

The open living space is designed for comfort and simplicity, with plenty of seating to relax or stream your favorite shows.
The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, and essentials for everyday meals, plus:

Each bedroom is set up for restful sleep with blackout curtains and sound machines:

• Fragrance-free laundry and no air fresheners for a low-scent environment
• Dimmable lighting throughout for a more comfortable sensory experience

The place was amazing! Clean, spacious, and within 30 minutes of everything we wanted to do. Very near shopping as well. My adult children used the hot tub and enjoyed it. It was a bit chilly for the pool when we were there, but it looked nice.

We loved staying here for our first family holiday experience. Leighann has done a fantastic job setting up this condo. She was accessible to answer any questions I had and willing to help with anything. I would highly recommend this accommodation for any sort of getaway to the Mesa area.

This property will exceed your expectations. I have stayed at many rentals and this by far was the cleanest I have ever experienced. It also included every amenity imaginable that you would need for your stay. Host was very respectful and responsive anytime I messaged. If I could give this property 10 stars I would absolutely do it. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.
