About this house rental

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish property. Great east valley location, with space for all you'd want. This 2 story duplex has large kitchen/living area downstairs, with massive master bedroom and two additional large rooms. All the comfort you could want! The living room boasts a 58" Smart TV for your entertainment pleasure. The principal bedroom also has a 55" Smart TV.

Quiet Cul de sac with 5 newly constructed 2 story duplexs.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The location worked great for our needs. Our host was wonderful!

The duplex is out from everything did the search through Expedia. I advised I was bringing a service animal search via the site with places that are pet friendly. I still received a message from the host two days after I left asking if I had a animal with me. I was a little confused. We found a scorpion In the home that was pretty big. But over all the stay was good.

The property was very nice. I thought it advertised having a pool. I didn't see one. The back yard was under construction. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Most essentials were provided. However, only one kitchen towel and no hot mitts. Plus no foil or plastic wrap. The backyard was almost totally unuseable. Looks to be construction supplies stacked everywhere. Plus a big connex.
