We had a great visit to Indian Rocks Beach. The building was quiet and had direct access to the pool and beach. We appreciated all the good local restaurants nearby. The beach was clean and uncrowded. Our view from the balcony was lovely. The air conditioning was not working at check in, but the management company did an excellent job getting someone out right away and resolving the issue. What could have been bad ended up being no big deal because of the professionalism of the management company. I forgot an important item when checking out and the management company again stepped right up to find the item and ship it to me. Florida Lifestyle Vacation Rentals is an excellent company to work with. Well done! I'd rent from them again.

One of the best properties we have rented with Florida Lifestyle. The apartment had everything we needed plus a lot more. The only thing that needs to be updated is the sofa in the living room. The recliners did not work and the sofa is a little dated. We can't wait to come back to this hidden gem next year. To the family that owns the property, thank you for sharing this beautiful apartment.

Sand on the floor at checkin, this was taken care of after reporting it. Ants in kitchen and on dining table, this wasn’t addressed after reporting it.I never saw anyone at the rental office, so I can’t really rate the professionalism. You get your keys from a box and return them in a drop slot. Even during business hours. I’ve vacationed here for years and the vibe of this town has definitely changed. Do not go to the beach after dark. It is unsafe now.
