Kids' Bedroom: Two twin bunk beds (best suited for children under 10) with a partial ocean view.
Living & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen, dining table with seating for 6, and a dedicated laundry room.
Outdoor Cooking: BBQ grill with grilling utensils provided.
Travel Comforts: Fresh linens, hair dryers, and travel-sized soaps/shampoos.

Estate Rules & Booking Policies
To maintain our peaceful atmosphere and comply with local regulations, we strictly enforce the following rules:
Maximum Occupancy: Strict limit of 6 guests maximum of any age (up to 5 adults and 1 child under 12 yrs old for top bunk bed). No exceptions.
Guest Registration: The names and ages of all guests must be provided at the time of booking. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No day guests.
Parking: Strict maximum of 2 vehicles allowed on-site (No RVs, semi trucks, etc)
Video Surveillance is on the exterior of the property for your safety.
Please read house rules for additional policies.

Great location. Easy to communicate with the owner. Had a great time. No kitchen "extras" (salt, pepper, etc) so plan to bring if you will be needing that sort of thing.

Excellent location with easy access to beach and nearby restaurants. Very clean.
Flooring installed poorly; there is cracking in the kitchen area. We didn't use the bedroom in the garage because it's not convenient to the bathroom, and the step up into the kitchen could be a danger in the dark. We suggest the owner stock the bathrooms with facial tissues.
