About this apartment rental
Approximately 1500 sq. ft. with open floor plan and just steps from the sandy beach. Watch sunsets from your own balcony or the beach. Two covered parking slots/two additional slots (tandem). Dining room seats 8 comfortably and the kitchen is stocked with plates/bowls/cups/glassware, silverware, cooking utensils. Both bedrooms feature king size beds and have seating areas. Large screen TV in the family room with HD cable. WIFI included. Restaurant is easy walk -- 1/4 mile and a convenience store is less than one block walk. Pub/restaurant also1/3 mile walk. You can rent boats, paddle boards, canoes, motor scooters -- a short walk away. A car is necessary for trips to sights in Tampa St. Petersburg or Orlando. However, the PSTA Trolly stops near the apartment on Gulf Blvd. offering service to both Clearwater and St. Pete beaches.

This location is just right if you are not looking for the life style of the rich and famous. It is a modest, two bedroom, two bathroom condo with plenty of room. While the view is a little obstructed, you are just steps away from sitting on the beach. The owner provides equipment for spending a day at the beach with chairs, umbrellas, toys, cooler and a wagon to haul it. The location is in a safe and quiet area yet close to Clearwater, St. Pete and Tampa. There are some great restaurants and bars only minutes away.If you are looking for an inexpensive getaway that is somewhat secluded but close to everything, this is your place.

This is our second time staying at this property and we can’t wait to come back for a third time. We love the beach and the quiet location. Clean, comfortable and steps to the beach. My friend and I are both 50+ so we love that it’s peaceful and further away from the party spots. The owner lives in the house directly in front of this property and it quick to respond to questions or he will just check on you. Super nice man.
