About this apartment rental
This is a second floor one bedroom in a gated development with two pools, workout room, clubhouse, putting green and fountains that is near hiking, zoo, botanical gardens, golf, and the light rail. Previously listed on another site with 25 five star reviews. Offseason rates do not include cable wifi or electricity. You can arrange for that with the providers or place an appropriate deposit with us. WIFI is at the common areas. During January to March 31 wireless internet and basic TV is provided.
This has a walk in master closet and has stairs for access. There is one parking spot included. One pool is about 50 yards away and the hot tub main pool with gazebos and clubhouse is about 100 yards away. New clubhouse and workout facility.
Check in is only on Friday or Saturday and 7 day multiples are the only reservations taken except last minute case by case situations. If we do other days there is usually a premium cost because of the days that end up being unused as a result.
If your stay is 30 days or more then additional legal information and laws apply. Please inquire. You will have to put up different deposits and provide information similar to renting any long term unit.

The place was neat and clean as well as quite well stocked. There were a couple things that needed light repairs and the bathroom could have been updated. Parking was convenient.

Great location close to the freeways if you need to get some place and right across the street from a huge natural Recreation Area. Pool grounds or Immaculate and it's a really good value for the price you pay
