The place was what I expected from the listing and photos. My kids and I all had a really nice stay. Nothing was more than 15-20 minutes away, and the zoo is basically across the street. The pool was wonderful (and heated) so we were all swimming even when it was 65 degrees. Taking one star off because the kitchen floor was seemingly under construction and I would have expected to be told about that.

Mark was a nice guy and responded & communicated very quickly. He was accommodating and helpful our entire visit.
This place was spacious. It was just my husband & I so we did need the use of the second bedroom & bathroom. A family of 4 could definitely stay here comfortably. The master bed was fairly comfortable as well.
It was very close to the airport which was a plus. The gym & grocery stores were also very close. We flew in for the Metallica concert Friday night and it was about 30 minutes away from State Farm Stadium, so that wasn't bad at all.
The kitchen was well stocked with all the means to cook and store left over food so that was great! It also had some salt & pepper along with some cooking spray. My only complaint is that water bottles were not left in the fridge or on the table to welcome new guests. I know it's not something that has to be done, but it would be a nice touch for incoming guests, especially those getting in late at night and aren't able to stop at a gas station a store to grab something to drink late at night.
The couch was comfy and the tv big so that was great!
Overall, decent stay in Arizona!

The condo was very convenient and close to airport , it was well equipped and comfortable, it had all the things one might need in the kitchen . The pool area was a nice bonus. Very easy check in process .

The condo was easy to find, be sure to read the email for instructions from the owner too (I didn’t see his until after we arrived) as the instructions from Evolve were a little confusing as the carport number differs from the actual unit number. Very quiet, other than a couple floor squeaks from above we didn’t hear a peep from neighbors. Great location right next to the zoo! The owner was great to answer any questions we had. There was one mishap but I’m still giving it a 5/5 because even though it was a Sunday night and the owner wasn’t available, the customer service at Evolve was awesome and we had it easily resolved! I would definitely stay here again!
